Senior Consultant - IT HR

At Salling Group we strive each day to reach even higher and do even better. In HR and Communications solution we are looking for a new colleague, who can help us take our HR Digitalization journey to the next level. 


You will be joining a high performing team that is continuously strengthening our services to the business. 
 
Your tasks and responsibilities 
You will be a part of the HR and Communications team in IT, where you have a close interaction with the most skilled HCM persons in the organization and the most skilled SAP competencies in various areas.

In your role you should: 

  •  Play a major role in our EC & Payroll project – one of the biggest HR projects in Northern Europe – where we are going from SAP ECC to SAP EC. Your responsibility will lie within migration and replication across ECC and EC, HR Masterdata tables and the SuccessFactors EC solution. We go live in October 2022 – so you will need to hit the ground running. 
  • Understand current business process and identify areas which can take the business to the next level in our HR Digitalization journey.
  • Design, build and implement new IT solutions in relation to SuccessFactors, SAP HCM and other applications.
  • You advice the HR department on implementation and best practice and are available for general technical and professional questions.
  • Coordinate in implementation and support tasks with external vendors.


Salling Group IT is responsible for operations in Denmark, Poland and Germany.


Our new colleague  
It is essential, that you have a good understanding of HR IT solutions and have a solid experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM along with other application that connect with the HR IT landscape from an application perspective. A less experienced candidate can be relevant, if you have the interest and capacity to learn and develop. 
 

Also we expect that you: 

  • have a solid technical understanding of SuccessFactors including EC, PMGM, LMS, Compensation and Variable pay.
  • Have experience in providing 3rd level support in SAP HCM (PA/OM).
  • have a technical understanding of replication and migration of data from SAP ECC to other systems including Employee Central.
  • are able to identify and fix issues in Employee Central.
  • have a business-oriented mindset, you think HCM is fun, and you are excited about how IT can enable.  
  • can work on other custom application in the HR-IT landscape and help the business in maintaining and implementing solutions.
  • approach to the task at hand is structured with a keen eye on details and quality. You succeed in prioritizing and can work well within a team. We work in a SCRUM based setup, so some understanding of agile methodologies is ideal.  
  • are serviceminded and capable of adapting to the point of view of the end-user. 
  • communicate fluently in English - both written and oral.
