Student Assistant with interest in IT and Communication
Do you want to be part of Denmark’s largest retail organization and be involved in the development and implementation of solutions supporting the organizations internal communication?
What can we offer?
You will be a part of IT Development & Support – HR & Communications, who are responsible for a wide variety of solutions and systems; from the very first system a new employee interacts with in the hire phase, though workforce management, and to the very last pay check.
We support the employee development process, and ensures easy communication across the organization.
You can expect to be part of a diverse range of projects primarily within the communications platforms, such as SharePoint and Relesys. You will be responsible for smaller developments and supporting the business, providing you with real life challenges from the retail industry.
You will work in a Scrum setup and collaborate with an experienced team of Senior Consultants, Solution Architects, Product Owner and Scrum Master.
As a Student Assistant, you will work with tasks such as:
- Creating and maintaining modern SharePoint sites
- Develop User guides and conduct small training sessions
- Test activities
- 1st level support
It will be a part-time position of approximately 15 hours per week. Working hours are primarily office hours between Monday to Friday.
What are we searching for?
The position is open to both Danish and international applicants – but being a university student is necessary in order to qualify for the position.
You have a business-oriented mindset, you think IT and Communication is fun, and you are excited about how IT can enable. You might have user or more technical experience, but what is essential is your capacity to learn and develop.
It is a prerequisite that you have flair for and understand the importance of UX and information design, and can structure content with the end-user in focus.
Your approach to tasks is structured with a keen eye on details and quality. You strive to improve, are oriented towards the result.
You are a good communicator and very service-minded. You are capable of adapting to the end-user point of view, where you explain and instruct technical content to non-technical stakeholders.
