As an IT & Digital Graduate, you will participate in three rotations during a two-year Gradaute program. As we tailor our Gradaute program to you, we cannot say in advance which department in IT & Digital you will rotate to. But we can promise that you will be involved in the decision and we will find a rotation that suits your wishes and where you will be guaranteed to be challenged and learn something new.
In other words, we will give you the chance to make an impact on the retail sector of tomorrow with data-driven decisions. A valuable hands-on experience with the entire supply chain of a modern retail organization and a strong foundation for your future career in which only your own aspirations set the limit.
Purchasing Graduate
Begin your career as a Purchasing Graduate at Salling Group and seize a unique opportunity to explore new consumer trends, develop solid business skills, and expand your professional network. As a Purchasing Graduate at Salling Group, you should have an interest in retail, strong numerical understanding, and high ambitions – as we hope our future Category Managers will emerge from this program!
As a Purchasing Graduate, you will undergo three exciting rotations in our two-year program, where from day one, you will be challenged with interesting tasks and projects through internal and external learning experiences.
Your journey starts with operational procurement tasks to gain insights into the operation and development of a product category. Hereafter, you will join our in-house consulting team, supporting strategic projects and analyses for our procurement departments. In your final rotation, you will take on the role of a buyer in a category, where you will be responsible for development, campaign planning, and collaboration with both national and international suppliers.
As a Purchasing Graduate, you will gain hands-on experience across the entire supply chain, establishing a strong foundation for your career and unlocking endless possibilities based on your level of ambition!
Graduate Network
As a Graduate at Salling Group, you become part of a strong Graduate-community across departments. All Graduates participate together in internal and external courses, organize ongoing social events, and join an annual Graduate trip focused on professional learning and social networking.
