Line Manager for Backend Development Teams, Salling Group

About the Role
As a Line Manager, you will be responsible for two teams: a Backend Development Team and  The Digital Test & Support Team. You will play a key role in ensuring that both teams work efficiently and collaboratively while supporting their professional and personal growth.

The Backend Development Team focuses on building and maintaining robust, scalable solutions that drive our business forward.. The Test & Support Team ensures the quality and reliability of our solutions through thorough testing and support for internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities
•    Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire two diverse teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.
•    Drive Roadmaps: Ensure that agreed-upon roadmaps are delivered as planned and manage changes for all new initiatives in collaboration with Project managers and product owners and ensure optimal allocation of resources
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of development efforts with overall company objectives in mind.
•    Customer-Centric Focus: Advocate a customer-centric mindset, ensuring that all solutions are designed with the end-user in mind.
•    Quality assurance: Monitor and ensure that deliverables from both teams meet our high standards.

Your Profile
We are looking for a Line Manager who can balance technical expertise with strong leadership skills. We expect that you have:

Experience managing and leading teams in an international environment, with a proven track record of developing and inspiring team members.

Strong interest in Test and Support and interest in process optimizing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The ability to create structure and maintain an overview in a complex work environment
