Master Data serves as a critical foundation for all our business operations across organizational units, formats and countries. Our purpose in the IT-MasterData team is to continuously develop and maintain a harmonized, mature and stabile system backbone to ensure that both critical IT- & business processes run effectively.
Our primary system responsibility currently covers SAP ERP, STEP PIM, Cloudinary DAM, but also other surrounding applications. 

Our IT solutions are used daily by 32,000 employees. And we place great pride in managing a strong platform which secures stable, high-quality content & master data to our consumers, online partners, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Your tasks and responsibilities 

• Take architectural ownership of our primary product content solutions (i.e. STEP PIM and Cloudinary DAM; The two primary applications outside our SAP technical domain) 
• Be responsible for exploring, designing and delivering solutions (configuration & coding), which addresses and accommodates the various business requirements
• Ensuring that solutions are designed with respect to best practice, system capabilities and future robustness & scalability
• Extensive collaboration with both business analysts and end users to bridge solution proposals with business needs (so great communication skills and general business understanding is definitely an advantage) 
• Continuous curiosity towards new technological opportunities and Product offerings, within current applications and externally in the market
• Technical alignment of solution, integrations and requirements with other solution architects (fx instructing others how to interact and integrate with your solutions and external partners and vendors)

You have a business-oriented mindset, you think IT and Retail is fun, and you are excited about how IT can enable new functionality and processes. It’s not a requirement, but it will be an advantage if you have retail experience and technical experience as an IT architect, or similar, and within the domain of product data/content (PIM and DAM). What is most important, is your curiosity and your capacity to learn and develop. 

Your approach to tasks is structured with a keen eye on details and quality. You like change and thrive in a dynamic environment. You strive to improve, you are result oriented and work well within a team. 

A strong communicator and the ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders is highly important, as our stakeholders are diverse. You should have a ‘self-starter attitude’ and can independently focus, see opportunities, and invite yourself to the table.

Fluent English, both in writing and speaking, is a requirement.

We work in a SCRUM based setup, hence some understanding of agile methodologies is ideal and a strong team player is a prerequisite.
