Senior Retail Media Platform Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Retail Media Platform (RMP) Specialist to join our Digital Development team. As a Senior RMP Specialist you will be deeply involved in designing and developing the largest Retail Media Network in Denmark.

We are seeking a true problem solver with a technical mindset. Able to lead complex tasks, collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders and with a genuine interest in retail media and making a difference. You can keep attention to details while also maintaining an overview and you combine a hands-on attitude with the ability to anticipate, and act proactively to, complex real-time situations

Key Responsibilities:

• Trusted technical partner and solutions consultant.
• Work on solution design, setup, integration, and configuration.
• Platform owner responsible for troubleshooting, mitigation, and communication with the commercial Retail Media team.
• Drive technical developments, upgrades, and migrations in line with both business and technical roadmaps.
• Manage and optimize the CRM system to enhance the sales process and ensure seamless interaction, both personal and programmatic sales.
• Support customer data analysis to identify trends and segments for media sales.

About You:

• 2+ years of experience as a senior CRM/MarTech developer, solutions architect, or a similar role.
• 3+ years of experience in technical consulting with clients. A good understanding of internet advertising (cookies, DSP, SSP, RTB, etc.) is a significant plus.
• Proven experience in task management in customer-facing environments. Experience with programmatic advertising (cookies, DSP, SSP, RTB, etc.) is a significant plus.
• High degree of autonomy combined with a curious, proactive mindset.
•  Ability to review and troubleshoot code/API.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) and a strong sense of product value.
• Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
