Senior Tester/Test Manager - Salling Group Digital

Salling Group Digital is looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Tester/Test Manager to take responsibility for test strategies and quality assurance across multiple projects.

About the Role
As a Senior Tester/Test Manager, you will play a key role in our digital team. You will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions deliver value to our customers and business through thorough testing and quality assurance. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that testing processes are efficient and targeted.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
•    Developing test strategies and test plans for multiple projects.
•    Defining and monitoring KPIs for testing and quality assurance.
•    Identifying and prioritizing critical test scenarios and ensuring follow-up on these.
•    Run tests and QA together with digital developers and Digital supporters, coordinating test activities across teams and projects.
•    Ensuring that testing processes and methods align with best practices.
•    Contributing to the continuous improvement of testing processes and tools.

We imagine that you:
•    Have solid experience as a test manager, preferably in an agile development context.
•    You should have a proven track record of creating test strategies and plans, as well as the ability to identify and prioritize critical test scenarios.
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work.
•    Have knowledge of testing tools and automation (an advantage but not a requirement).
