Management consultant for Group Business Development in Salling Group

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Group Business Development as management consultant. Group Business Development offers in-house management consultancy support to the various business units of Salling Group. Our focus is on executing strategic projects across Salling Group, solving complex cross-functional problems and ensuring sustainable and practical solutions to our business challenges.
Tasks
You will become part of a young, dynamic team with a mix of recent graduates and more experienced management consultants. You will play a crucial role in the ongoing projects and be responsible for quantitative and qualitative analysis and preparing presentations to top management at Salling Group.
You will be exposed to a variety of classic management consultancy tasks e.g.,
- Conducting data-driven analyses and other decision support
- Solving problems in a structured and analytical manner
- Communicating insights and results to senior decision makers
- Developing sustainable and practical solutions to our business challenges
- Driving your workstream independently as well as collaborating within a larger project team
Who are you?
You have a proven performance track record, and you..
- Are a recent graduate or a top student on your final term studying business or economics (e.g. cand.merc, cand.oecon, or the like)
- Have a strong interest in management consulting
- Enjoy working with complex data and problem-solving across functions and disciplines to develop pragmatic solutions
- Have a strong independent drive and willingness to learn
- Excellent team player who brings humor, energy and a proactive attitude
