The work to ensure responsible products on our shelves is a process that is constantly evolving. At Salling Group, we find great support and inspiration in our collaboration with selected partners.
Salling Group has been an active member of amfori since 2006. The initiative helps retailers, suppliers and manufacturers to improve social conditions and working conditions in factories and in primary production worldwide. The collaboration with amfori is of great importance to our work with monitoring, follow-up and capacity building of production units. The central standards offered by amfori are BSCI and BEPI, where the former deals with labour and human rights and the latter focusses on the individual producer's consumption of, for example, water and electricity.
